Bed was comfortable

4 days with no housekeeping services. Had to call in the evening when we returned to get towels and when we ran out of toilet paper. Had to ask twice to get the drain in the bath tub cleared. Standing in ankle deep dirty water while showering is a little gross. When they finally came up and fixed it at 9pm on our last day, we couldn't use the shower until the caulking on the new drain dried hours later. When I complained they offered 5000 Hilton Honors points OR a few breakfast coupons. My stay cost over $900 and they said they couldn't refund any part of the stay because it was prepaid. We will not be staying there ever again. On a smaller note, whatever happened to the cookie you got when you checked in at Doubletree?

The restaurant was exquisite and the staff awesome

First room had a broken door. The second room had a broken fridge, which was replaced , and a bathtub that did not drain. Despite us staying at Hilton for 2 nights and 3 staff members stating someone would fix the tub, it was never fixed Shiwers resulted in standing in a tub of dirty water.

Broken door, broken fridge. Mon-draining bathtub. Staff stating things would be fixed when they were not. I also did not like that no one said parking was not included, that parking was in some private garage, and that breakfast was in a private restaurant. As well, the breakfast that was possible was thawed frozen, cheap food. This was a terrible Hilton.
