I liked the brickwork and the elevators were quick to access. Desk clerks were kind and efficient. I did notice that the cold air return in my room was dirty, so I cleaned it.

Overpriced, no amenities, just ok.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk said the hotel was booked so I was unable to change rooms. It was also very noisy next to the street.

From the moment we stepped inside, the hotel felt cozy and inviting. Beautiful artwork lined the walls, and kind staff greeted us with a smile. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the parking lot was convenient and safe—something we really appreciated for being right in downtown Billings. Our room, located on the 12th floor, was spacious, quiet, and beautifully kept. The view overlooking downtown Billings was stunning, especially at night with the city lights glowing against the Montana sky. One of the highlights was the restaurant on the 20th floor—an absolute must at sunset! The food was truly five-star, and our server went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. For those who like to stay active, the fitness room was well-equipped with free weights, a cable machine, and treadmills—perfect for a vacation workout. Afterward, the first-floor bar was the ideal place to unwind. It had a cozy atmosphere, free pool tables, and a relaxed vibe for ending the night on a high note. In the morning, we visited the coffee shop in the building and tried the pour-over coffee. It was smooth, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The downtown area itself offered plenty of activities for both adults and kids, from local eateries and lively bars to a fun ice cream shop that was a hit with younger visitors. Overall, our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Billings was wonderful—comfortable, safe, and full of charm. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

While our overall stay was enjoyable, I did notice that the room cleanliness could be improved. I found myself tidying up a bit upon arrival. This may be an area where management has an opportunity to elevate the guest experience, as the rest of the hotel was truly wonderful.

Beautiful accommodations, clean, and comfortable room/bed. Try to get there early if you like parking in front of the hotel because the small parking lot fills up fast. There is a parking garage connected to the hotel that handles the over flow. Space at the door to unload bags is limited so be aware. Overall I’d recommend.

Very nive and comfortable

Was a great place to stay just for a getaway

My room was clean, but the air conditioner stopped working after the first day. The shower drain was clogged and there was standing water after each shower. After my 2nd night, the temp in the room was 79 degrees and very hot so I asked to switch rooms. The staff member at the desk was very nice and accommodating and she switched me to another room. It was cleaner and the shower drain worked properly. The air conditioner worked very well and I could finally sleep. Overall it was a very nice hotel and the staff was friendly. There is a snack bar by the front desk where you can get sandwiches, wraps, snacks and drinks (even late at night). There is also a restaurant and bar. Plus, they also allowed me an hour late check-out, which was very nice because my flight left in the afternoon and I didn’t want to sit in the airport for hours.
