Great location, srevice, and restaurant. The room had extremely small bathroom and sink. It was hard to place toiletries around the sink. The sink and tub/shower drains did not drain well. The sink was fixed so it drained properly upon request in a timely manner. The tub drain was never drained well even after it was reported and they tried to correct. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking outside of hotel was difficult however garage parking was great.

The property is in a good location for walking around downtown. But I thought I was splurging on something that would be upscale, and instead everything felt dated and a bit disappointing. The experience doesn't match the price.

It’s a clean safe hotel

The location is great. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. The room and common areas are clean. The workers are friendly. However, a lot of things within the room need to be fixed/updated. The bathtub faucet was barely staying on. The grout is all moldy and green. There are only two chairs to sit in and one was broken, the other just for decoration I guess because it was super uncomfortable. It’s very loud. You can hear the bathroom next to you and above you. Sounds like there is no insulation. We paid for a “deluxe” assuming it would be nicer, I would hate to see the regular rooms. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if this wasn’t double the price of the other hotels in the area.

Central location plenty of bars and restaurants.

This hotel is located within walking distance of several bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had to pay to park our car in the outdoor lot. Building could use some updating. Good place for a one night stay.
