Consistently pleasant stay and staff. Bar and restaurant looked amazing but we decided upon the Billings walking brewery tour.

Upon checking in we were given an occupied room on the 7th floor. We went back down and they apologized and gave us another room on 12. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was that the air conditioner was extremely loud. It went off every 13 to 21 minutes and it sounded like the door was being kicked in. It was difficult to sleep. The restaurant was good and the staff was nice. Great location - you can walk to restaurants and bars. Parking was convenient and felt safe.

First off, staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and always had ice water (and citrus water) available. We stayed on the 6th floor in a room with two double/queen beds. The room was large, but it (and the hallway) smelled like cigarette smoke. I’m extremely sensitive to smell so this was something that genuinely bothered me. I think the smell was trapped in the air conditioner as well as absorbed by the carpet and the upholstery. Our bathtub was a bunch of weird black scratch marks that were suddenly gone after room service came, so it was obviously something that wasn’t fully cleaned before we checked in. The bathtub had an extremely slow drain so bathing three people took quite a while because we had to wait a while in between showers. The air conditioning was super loud whenever it clicked on every 15 min or so. The beds were comfortable.

Everyone on the property has been extremely nice and helpful. The room was has plenty of space. The only thing is that on-site parking is limited with an $8 nightly fee, but a parking garage is available across the street.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed. Had a few minor issues that housekeeping took care of

The room was nice and front desk was very nice. Just wish restaurants were open later than 8 or 9pm. It was a Friday night.
