Really good customer service and meeting my expectations as I needed an early start each day so they arranged packed breakfasts for me and we're very prompt with my requests. The location is excellent as well as it's centrally located in Jeddah so a few mins drive to many spots for living/working/visiting in Jeddah

Emad Youssef and the entire Hyatt Team are truly outstanding! A 10 wouldn’t be enough to reflect their dedication and commitment. This hotel is perfect for both short and long stays, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. This time, I had the opportunity to experience Ramadan fully, and I must say that both the Iftar and Suhoor meals were absolutely amazing!
