Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Saudi Arabia. The property was excellent, and everything was well-maintained. The staff was courteous, and the facilities were top-notch. However, one issue I encountered was the availability of Iftar. When I checked in, I was given a paper mentioning that Iftar was provided, but I wasn’t informed that it would only be available after three days—by which time I would have already left. I wish Iftar had been available from the beginning of Ramadan, as this would have been more convenient for fasting guests. Other than that, my stay was great, and I would recommend this hotel with a slight reservation regarding Ramadan meal arrangements.

This is a great value extended stay property with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I always enjoy coming back here and will continue to return. The location is idea for doing business as close to the artery roads running through the city, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets closeby.

World class services in every aspect. Very nice people will stay there any time We are in Jeddah. Very good customer service Staff was very help and their team leader Manager of the property anticipated our needs. Food and breakfast also was wonderful.

Excellent experience with great memories, overall my stay at the hotel was execptional, and I highly recommend a 5/5 rating. the hotel's facilities were top-notch, specially the quality of breakfast and GYM. Location also an advantage close to the markets, I personally give 5***** rating.

Wonderful team at reception, we arrived early and they kindly allowed us to check in early as I was unwell. The reception team were very helpful and nothing was too much effort. Great customer service and care from the door man to the reception team. The room was very clean, comfortable and very quiet. The room felt cramped once the sofa bed was opened. It was doable for one night but would be difficult for a longer stay. We had a kitchenette and it was very handy. The only issue was the very heavy sliding door in the bathroom. It was quite heavy to move. The buffet breakfast was okay, choice of food was limited and the service team seemed very disinterested or unhelpful. The hotel has a lovely pool, gym and laundry room on the terrace floor. The hotel lobby has a mini shop where you can buy laundry detergent, sandwiches, snacks and drinks. The door man/security guard at the entrance was also very helpful, had great customer service and care.

The room was very spacious and clean. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's a shame they don't have non-dairy milk at breakfast and the room felt a little dusty for me but I think this was due to the air conditioning. I had an excellent stay and would definitely consider staying again in future.
