NAAS Serviced Apartments

Its a best service apartment i stayed in Bangladesh Dhaka, its meets the 3* same as europe and UK standards. Its very nice apartment, very clean, well organised and love the design and decor. Iove it. Staff were very helpful, secure place to stay. Very nice continental breakfast. I will definitely stay there again and i would recommend to anyone to stay at this apartment.

The two bedroom sweet was spacious and clean. The staff was professional and helpful. The family was happy to be in AC’d environment!

Great for a family. Very spacious, had a living and bedroom. The customer service is excellent. We arrived very early and they allowed us to check in. This is not a 5 star hotel so you cannot expect that kind of quality but for the price I dont think you'll find a better deal.

Location and room interior, rooms where spacious too.

This small but very nice hotel in the center of Dhaka Dhanmondi is very good value; I would recommend it to everybody who does not need to stay in a five-star hotel.

Very Noisy as located in prime city. Noisy all night as locals put loudpseakers near the hotel and annouce all night. No good breakfast as we were vegetarian no choice whatsoever. Not so clean rooms Water was of very cheap local brand. Expensive compared to the location and quality.

It is a 'value for money' accommodation for everyone single traveler or family, travelling for business or pleasure. You won't find anything comparable to NAAS in central Dhaka. Friendly staff always extending helping hand. Spacious and clean rooms with plenty of choices for food to be cooked by their own chef. Parking facility for your hired car is an a clear advantage in this overcrowded city.

I had been to Dhaka from 01-05 October 2016 on an official trip. I stayed at NAAS during my visit. I must say that my stay was very comfortable. I liked their service which also included airport pickup. The food was good and the behaviour of the staff was especially cordial. Mr Murad is the Head of Operations and is a very nice person. Overall I recommend this hotel for every one.

Hard to find: use Google maps and direct your taxi driver! Once you get there ask the very friendly and very helpful receptionist to give you the address written in the local script so you can get directions back! I spent some time trying to find it. I was given a 2 room apartment plus bathroom and it was very large, clean and comfortable. They made the bed and provided new towels every day. Staff happy to help in any way - laundry, bottled water, dinner, whatever you need. Fridge, kettle and TV all in room. Breakfast was simple but tasty - fried eggs and toast. Had to bring my own spread. Location was central and convenient though a very busy road - fine for me I was at the back where it was quiet. Slept well. Did not hear anyone. Felt secure.

Room was clean and space enogh, also staff treatment given to us was very friendly. Considering their price, it is very good to stay there. One point might be improved, their living room has no air conditioner only fan. I staied there 3 nights, there were blackouts. They have own generator which can be started automatically immediately after blackout happened. Unfortunately it is very noisy and loud.
