Stayed for one night before a cruise. The room itself was very nice. Unfortunately the lobby store had closed so I couldnt get necessities and had to walk to a convenience store. Lots of elevators which was convenient. I did not like the vibe of the front desk staff. Many had a kind of judgy and condescending tone/look. The valet people were nice though. The location is good as it is really close to the mall. The outdoor pool and gym areas were very nice.
