I like the location.

It was Clean

No food on site

It was a great location close to the airport my flight was cancelled so took 10 mins to get here . I was able to check in early & the room was peaceful

The kitchen was not olé at all when I was there no water coffee or snacks available I had to walk 10 minutes to the local shop , it was very dated

DO NOT BOOKED THIS HOTEL, the owner was super unfriendly and super rude, the rooms had a smell of humidity, theres isnt parking, the pool is always too dirty to swin i went with my family and it was a horrible experience. When we ask the owner for help she will always reply with rudes answers. NEVER RETURNING TO THIS HOTEL

It is near the airport, and the staff at least attempted to be helpful when problems arose.

Where can I start? I was initially put in a room without hot water and a broken shower head mount. They put me in a different room in the evening of the second day, but I had problems with the shower throughout the entire stay with the water pressure and temperature. I ended up showering at a friend’s room in a different hotel for the rest of the trip. I mentioned this to the owner and requested a partial refund, and after telling me not to worry, I never saw him again. I saw him several times throughout the day before that. The hotel looked like it hadn’t been renovated since the 90s, and the room had cobwebs everywhere, and there was mold on the toilet seat. I had to clean the room with toilet paper, water and soap because the cleaning/maintenance staff had already gone for the day and no supplies whatsoever in the room. It looked like the room was made weeks, if not months ago, and no one bothered to check before moving me into that room. Whenever I used the water, I could hear the pipes straining and water dripping from them in the ceiling. The place just felt so neglected. I prefer to support small businesses over large chain hotels, but I really regret having stayed here. The breakfast left so little to be desired that after the second time, I just stopped eating there. The only saving grace was that I could use the kitchenette to heat up leftovers. Also, they don’t have umbrellas for guests, nor hair dryer in the room. Basically, there are no amenities. The pool was also barely kept, and I didn’t seen anyone go in once. The place needs a facelift, and the management training in hospitality. I would seek alternates nearby, as it is a convention area with multiple options.
