Good breakfast selection available in attractive dining room.

Booking process unnecessarily confusing. Breakfast should be inclusive in advertised accomodation price, not made an optional extra, which can easily be overlooked when making the booking and comparing prices with those of similar properties.

Keith and Christine were very welcoming and friendly. The room had been made very comfortable and so many extra thoughtful details added. It was a very cosy base to return at the end of a busy day and so conveniently located for access into Shanklin old village and the esplanade as well as traveling further afield across the island. A gem of a place with lovely owners and a very peaceful feel

"Perfect location for walking all round the Downs and the coastal paths"

Exactly what I needed after hiking all day, clean, quiet, comfortable with plenty of hot water. Unusual to have daily servicing of my room so that was a nice touch. No problems with the wifi.

All good for me.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. Tea and coffee plus milk and chocolate sachets too. Very nice breakfast and more if you want it. Love tbe lottle dog.
