Temperature in rooms were preprogrammed and could not be adjusted. Very cold at night. No staff at all to ask questions of. The tech-only check in was ok only if questions or problems.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon after doing some extensive hunting for the perfect place and wow. To say we were impressed is an understatement. This place is lovely! I WANT the bed for our bedroom, it’s so comfy!!! The facility is beautiful, the common area is home like, the rooms are warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating! I wish we had been able to stay longer because it was too perfect to want to leave. We don’t ski, but in sure it’s just as great in the winter months! I’d recommend this place by far!
