Pretty room with a fireplace.

It’s mismanaged. The innkeeper Josh left us waiting outside in the cold, a 1/2 an hour past the 4pm check-in time because the rooms weren’t ready. The main living area of the lodge could have used a cleaning as the floors were dirty. There was a lack of basic amenities in our room like washcloths, bath mats and coffee. It took until the next day for a response from Josh to gain access to more towels/coffee. The step outside to the patio was covered in ice and the path down to the restaurant was treacherous. The hot tub was dirty and the water smelled rotten. Also, there were 2 families with kids staying as well. The parents sat downstairs drinking wine while the kids were running up and down the stairs all night, jumping, going in and out of their room until 11 o’clock. It was really loud.
