very clean, comfortable bed, great facilities in the room, good bathroom. Great location in the heart of Gloucester.

There were two of us but only one chair in the room. The room was very warm, I imagine it would be quite uncomfortable if the outside temperature was high.

Very good shower. Tea/coffee making facility plus biscuits 😊. Although the sound insulation in hotel isn't great, my stay was really quiet and there was no disturbance from outside.

I didn't need the lift, but it wasn't working

Location is top notch as it was located in the central of the city – few walks away to the train and bus stations, restaurants and supermarkets.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable enough as the mattress was too soft. I could feel the bed frame when I’m laid on sat in the bed which gave me a bit of back aches. Not certain of other beds in the hotel, but I’m speaking for the bedroom where I dwelled.
