Location. Hotel is a very close to Gloucester Station which was just what I needed as I was passing through and needed to catch an early train in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no bottled water supplied and, at the time I arrived, I had difficulty finding a supermarket locally to buy snacks and water. Although a fan was supplied the room was very warm and the window only partially opens.
