The location

I asked several times for a housemaid NOT to enter our room as I had medical equipment plugged in and prescribed controlled medications on the side and they still entered the room and removed the card key which in turn turned off my medical devices which takes several hours to reset. This meant I had no sleep on the second night. I asked several times for a housemaid not to enter my room and they did. I am not happy

Location was great, room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable... Staff friendly and enjoyed the meal discount at a local pub - food was great.

The boy racers using the streets of Gloucester as a race track in the early hours. My only gripe with the room was it took me a while to realise the key fob worked the lights AND electricity for the room.

"We enjoyed our stay all shops and bars in easy reach very pleasant staff ."

First time staying here we normally stay in the sisters hotels which have bars and food available

Lift broke although we where given a downstairs room at the back by the very kind young lady
