"Anniversary getaway"

Our check in was amazing. Neeven was so sweet. She had a fruit platter delivered to our room for our anniversary. She was so nice. Our room was amazing. Corner room with double windows. The room was just renovated. Bed was comfortable. Had a fridge, but no freezer. Definitely would come back again.

"Better to wait till the renovations are done"

We had gone back here to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations , so many tings were not quite as they should be. The check in desk was a tiny little desk when you walk in. To get to the elevators you had to go through the bar and the restaurant ( both of which were dead). The pool was closed. The hallways were extremely hot and very stuffy as if they weren't air conditioned. If you wanted ice you had to go back down to the first floor.The room was fine but it was all the little things that took away from it.

Shakirah and Neveen we're absolutely amazing. In particular Shakira really was very pleasant and made sure I had what I needed for my room. She let me know what my different options were a for extending my stay. I made multiple trips to the front desk they both made me feel welcome and comfortable. In addition to hotel room was very nice especially the remodeled room that I had. Overall it was a great experience that I will definitely come back when I'm in the area

Location location location is the word for realestate. The Sheraton has the right location. Convenient to the highways, shopping, restaurants and sports arenas. Portions of the hotel are being renovated but the available rooms are not bothered by the activity.

Ongoing construction in facilities. Pool noted as permanently closed. Hotel room was very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hotel could use some updating.
