No decent coffee, Indian karaoke singing was terrible Every guest walked out

Bedding were smelly and towels we're dirty .had stains on them all the towels .no proper house keeping dust on the floors .

Pricy for what the resort offers, we waited for over 2 hours for our dinner despite making reservations. The property owner sat with some important guests and ate first with them while my family sat and waited for over 2 hours for our dinner, I asked the staff 3 times without any explanation despite making a dinner reservation. The owners wife walked past by me in the kitchen area and didn’t even bother to explain. Shower knob was broken and we were told it will be fixed the next day and it never was so we couldn’t take a shower. Staff did not once offer to compensate for our meals nor an apology.

We liked the breakfast it was well served and was so delicious and the fire dance was fabulous. Forwarding towards more stay overs in these years.

There was nothing that could be better. It was already so better. Even the workmates of DUA DUA are so friendly and nice. The person who took us for boat ride was so friendly too. Thank you

The staff were fabulous. The views and location. The room itself was great. The size was very generous. The balcony was excellent.

We stayed 2 days and nights. The first day and night were great as we didn't have a neighbour.. Quiet and relaxed. The villa is a duplex and is designed with a lockable joining door to allow it to be used as 2 separate rooms or 2 adjoining rooms. We stayed in 9B. On the second day a family, mum and dad and two small children arrived in 9A. Immediately the tv was turned on. It was Bollywood dance music with a lot of singing. . We could hear everything. The children were excited and spent the afternoon running up and down in the room. This continued all afternoon. We chose not to say anything as it was daytime. In the evening they left and returned about 9pm. The music (low volume) and the running immediately stated up again. At 11 they turned UP the music and this time we banged on the adjoining door. The music stopped but the running continued. The are two problems we identified. Firstly, is with the design of the building. The sound proofing is obviously non existent. The building should be better suited to allow guests to at least talk without the room next door hearing. Secondly, the reception staff should not have placed us side by side. There were plenty of vacancies. Young families and couples should not be so close together. Another problem we encountered which could be fixed very easily was an outdoor door mat. It rained very heavily on and off for the two dsys. There is small stoned gravel outside which sticks like glue to the bottom of your shoes. There was a very small mat inside the door but couldn't cope with the amount of gravel and sand being walked into the room. We obviously took our shoes off but the gravel was stuck to our feet as well. An outdoor mat would solve the problem. Water pressure in the shower seemed to fluctuate- really good in the evening but poor during the day. As it is beside the sea, daytime showers are needed after swimming in the ocean.
