Family Villa 5 was nice and comfortable with nice Seaview. As Vegetarians we did not find any food to our liking. We had to adjust to whatever was available.

Our initial room was not fit for 3 people. Toilet, bathroom and cupboards in Valeviti B were stinking. We paid extra to move into Family Villa 5 that nicely accommodates 3 people but did not have water in taps at 8am so we couldn't shower as we had to checkout early. Very few food options for Vegetarians. No brewed coffee. Open dining area so Flies and insects get to the food. Pizza tasted like cardboard. Rocky beach with sharp stones, almost no sand.

I really enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to making DUADUA my place to relax. I will spend more than 1 day next time to enjoy the activities.

Very nice location - nice pool, very nice dinning area . Some Staff wanted to be friendly , but seemed as if they were always looking over their shoulder . Activity staff (James) very helpful and friendly .

The staff are too scared to do anything. Seems as if the management or someone is micro managing them. Example: 1) @10:50 I asked for food to feed the fish. I was told not sorry we can only give it to you at 11:00 2) after driving 4 hrs the receptionist refused to start my checkin process until 2:00 (which was checkin time) it was 1:45 would not even start forms or paper work. My daughter was hot and tied. Boat poorly maintained, motor stop 6 times at sea with us on it, operator had not radio or phone if we got in. Trouble. Safety standards very poor- we were taken to an island and left with not safety briefing . Some staff in the bar area not friendly.
