アクティビティー担当の方が親切で楽しめた。 スタッフはフレンドリー。

食事を注文してから出てくるまで時間がかかり過ぎ。 部屋のタオルを交換してもらうのに１日かかった。 部屋は毎日掃除して欲しい。

We liked the views near the beach.

We had booked vale viti B ...the facility was located higher up on a hill away from the actual resort-deserted. The room had a stench of goat farming with poor internet connection and zero network.. The facility was dirty.and the toilet was smelly and without the curtains, lacking privacy. The living room had table and chair which was rusting. The bedroom sheets had not been changed. It had stains on it. The blanket hadn't been changed and we could easily tell that it was used by previous users. The extra pillows were dirty and without pillow case. The rooms were not ready and they checked us in at 4.15pm whereas the check in tym was at 2pm.

Too dirty- under the beds Towels need to change as it was used a lot It was raining and we had to walk down in the rain to the dining area- they need to erect walkways so that customers are dry

No reception. Out of reach for emergency call. No bathroom curtains. Towels were torn.
