"Excellent"

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr freundliches Personal, super ruhige Lage obwohl mitten in Bad Münstereifel. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Fachwerkhaus hat einen gemütlichen und stilvollen Charme. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Bei uns im Zimmer gab es nur eine Nachttischbeleuchtung, an die man nicht so gut vom Bett aus erreichen konnte. Und die eine oder andere Steckdose wäre schön gewesen. Aber altes Fachwerk gibt das wohl nicht so her.

Locatie en authenticiteit van het hotel. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Super ontbijt !!!

Omwille van het karakter en authenticiteit kraakte de vloer ietsje te hard. We durfden haast niet te bewegen uit angst om teveel lawaai te maken.

"Good stay for the night"

Good location, staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good food.

Breakfast was expensive compared to others of the same quality but it was good and we were walking so we needed it.

Zentrale Lage im Stadtkern. Super nettes Personal, das bei jeder Frage sofort zur Seite steht. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war hervorragend und modern, inklusive der angebotenen Rituals‑Pflegeprodukte. Auch das Restaurant war modern eingerichtet und bot eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, die preislich absolut im Rahmen lagen.

Ich war bisher selten in einem Hotel, in dem so viel Wert auf liebevolle Details gelegt wurde. Nach der Flutkatastrophe 2021 stilvoll renoviert bzw. neu eingerichtet. Für nachhaltig anreisende Gäste (Wanderer, Radfahrer) gibt es zur Begrüßung ein Gratis-Getränk. Das Frühstück war unfassbar reichhaltig und von herausragender Qualität. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir waren top zufrieden, besser geht es nicht, wir kommen wieder👌
