1. Frühstück (frische und ausreichende Auswahl, auch für Veganer) 2. Einrichtungsstil und Lage waren top (ruhig, aber direkt in der Stadt) 3. die Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant (Jule?) war sehr gastfreundlich und flexibel

1. Bad (Wasser aus Dusche gelaufen, da Dichtung kaputt; Spiegellicht defekt; für Personen über ca. 1,80 m ist die Dusche höhenmäßig zu klein im Zimmer 2. OG) 2. schwankende Temperaturen im Zimmer (manchmal kalt) 3. Küchentür/Tür zum Abwaschen im Frühstücksraum ging häufig auf (teilweise unruhig)

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, mir wurde aber ein Doppelzimmer für den selben Preis zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei.

Sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, sehr freundliches Personal, supergute Küche.

Uns hat ausnahmslos alles gut gefallen. Allerdings gibt es keinen Aufzug, für alte Leute etwas beschwerlich. Dafür gibt es das Angebot, dass das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird.

Was hier nach der Flutkatastrophe aufgebaut wurde ist bemerkenswert. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Ambiente, das Essen, das herzliche Personal trägt alles zu einem Wohlfühlfaktor bei. Wir werden das in unserem Bekanntenkreis weiter erzählen und kommen auf jedenfall wieder.
