Ashore Oceanfront Hotel by Marriott

Not impressed at all. No microwave in rooms. No carpet in rooms, so after even wiping your feet off, everytime , you were still sleeping in gritty sheets. Restaurants are very pricey. A regular salad at the Tap Room was $20. Maid service made bed, but didn’t change the sheets or take plates out of room, refill coffee …

The rooms was not that great. Kind of cheap finishes, cheap flooring.

I was disappointed in the menu options at the Tap Room. I was there for a baseball tournament and the nor-easter canceled the tournament last day (Sun). I asked if I could checkout a day early to get home before the storm hit and they said yes but I would still have to pay the full price.

Clean facilities, great location and friendly staff.

Wish the refrigerator was bigger .

Everything from check in to leaving was perfect. Staff is very accommodating and helpful and friendly. They gave us comp drinks for our anniversary and a hand written card from the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The view was great. The pillows were flat ... other then the bad pillows its an awesome stay

Schaea at the front desk needs to be teaching customer service training to everyone and anyone in OC. She is five star, five diamond ritz Carlton quality!
