Clean but under construction

It’s said on the Booking.com app that Breakfast Included, we have 5 people with 1 handicaped so only 4, Reception give us 2 coupon for 30$. Not a big deal with that but i thought Free breakfast for everyone.

The color scheme was great

While I understand that the property is currently undergoing renovations, I was still charged a $21 amenities fee upon arrival for items such as beach towels, chairs, and access to the party room. Unfortunately, none of these amenities were available during my stay. Due to the ongoing renovations, only one restaurant was open, and the menu options were very limited. Additionally, I noticed inconsistent pricing—specifically, I was charged $14 for a mimosa in the morning and $21 for the same drink later that evening. I had to bring this to the staff’s attention in order to have it corrected. I was also disappointed with the room description. The “ocean view” did not meet expectations, and the balcony was more of a Juliet-style setup—very small, difficult to stand on comfortably, and sloped in a way that felt unsafe. Given these issues, I would not recommend visiting during this renovation period, as the overall experience did not reflect the cost or expectations.

Location was great. Restaurant and bar on site. Staff very friendly

When we got there there was toothpaste in the sink. Hair all over the floor and shower. Dirty prints all over the bathroom door
