Its location. Private beach. Parking…

Room was not turned over. Sink was broken, ocean view is not a direct ocean view…but a side profile from the balcony. Construction was going on…

A bit far from the boardwalk but overall excellent location!

It was very clean and very well maintained

No down fall’s. Only thing to change would be the time to come down

Location 101 street is close to everything. We had the room with king bed and couch. This was just enough for one night. Updated furniture and very clean. We like that we could run fan unit in the room. That was helpful to get sleep and to cover up sound from noise in elevator area. Staff was nice.

Ocean view you can barely even stand on deck from room no chairs or sitting area. We went in March and the hotel amenities were not available. All restaurants were also closed on property. We did not like that our room was literally in between the elevator area. It was very loud and was a very weird setup specifically room 809. They charge 100$ incidental hold at check in.

I liked that the property was close to the ocean

I didn’t like that our room was the only room on our floor that was right beside the elevators. So all night and all day all we could hear was the commotion of the elevators going up and down and people screaming and talking while standing at the elevator doors waiting to get on. That’s very awkward to have one room on each floor that is connected to the elevators. Also the rooms are very very small in my opinion. The bathroom is in the closet and was big enough for only one person to enter. The balcony was not what it looked like in photos because you couldn’t even sit out on the balcony it was so small not even a chair could fit. Also that part of the floor where the slider door to the balcony is caves in which just seems very poorly made of the building and scary. I paid for a full king suite with ocean view . When we got there we quickly realized our main view was the building across from us and the ocean was just a small piece on the side. Also to the be a king suite it had no special amenities except for a bed and a couch. This suite doesn’t even have a microwave, no utensils, no stove , no sink … nothing but a small table .. a couch and a bed. We asked for silverware the first night and never received it. The trash cans were so small and we had a toddler with us whose diapers were bigger than our rooms trashcans. The first night at 8am we asked for a trash bag and new towels. Hours went by and we never received anything. We needed up calling 4/5 times and I even asked to speak to a manager. It got so ridiculous that I went down to front desk and asked them face to face. They replied letting me know that the cleaning staff would be around at some point in time. Hours go by and we go out to dinner and come back to the hotel and we still hadn’t received a trash bag or towels and it’s been over 12 hours at this point. We never received our towels and trash bag until the day of our CHECKOUT.

Location

Lots of Construction and different room than booked due to construction. I’m sure it will look great when it’s done.

The only complaints I have about this property has to do with it being off-season, our convention and hotel upgrades happening at same time, and them switching years ago from an indoor pool to an outdoor pool. I'm interested in coming back in-season to see them in their best light.

Very lovely hotel, friendly people, beautiful setting.
