Avevo chiesto una cosa per la quale ci si poteva accordare diversamente invece e di un secco no.. poi colazione povera altro che polacca una torta banalissima niente caffè oltre orario o uso cucina non è cosa camera pagata x 2notti usata per una causa nostro imprevisto indegnamente respinta richiesta anche di uno sconto comunicazione fredda stile AI no umanità gentile solo la signora che pulisce e serve colazione.. ragni in camera ambiente a livello energetico basso.. tutti fumo sito pazzesco poi laddove non c'è comprensione o apertura al dialogo o predisposizione io boccio a prescindere ad aversa io vengo 1 volta al mese tornerò ma dalla solita.. mai piu

I forgot to enter the ages of my children when making the reservation. Instead of receiving a warning message, I don't why the reservation was made for one adult and three children who were all listed as 0 years old, which was very strange. After being asked 140 euros more as additional fees. I tried to imitate my situation with another structure. It showed us that we should pay 20 euros more per day. But this structure forced me 140 euros for two days, which equals 70 euros per day: 3,5 time more the normal price. I couldn't cancel the reservation and make a new one. Having the possibility to let my children with my wife stay in her friend's home and hoping to at least receive the reserved service for myself, I went to the address without my children and clearly explained that I was there alone. However, the property didn't show up. They claimed they had informed Booking.com and told me that they could cancel the reservation by midnight, essentially forcing me to pay the extra 140 euros regardless of the situation. Communication with this person was impossible. Thankfully, my friend let me stay in her room. For us this kind of behavior from the property is inhuman and dishonest.
