The location was great with a car. The street parking is easy and right outside the building. (There is a garage available, but we didn't use it.) There's a supermarket and cafe within 2 minutes walk. It wasn't too loud at night, and that was even with a Napoli soccer game happening! We didn't drive into downtown Naples, but the guest house is about 30-45 min from the airport, 45 min from Pozzuoli (cute port town on the far side of Napoli), 35 min from Herculaneum. The host responded very quickly to all our concerns over Whatsapp. The check-in and check-out were both done through a lockbox with the keys, and it was seamless. We used the quadruple room for our family of 4 and the two twin beds in one room and the queen and a sofa bed in the other were comfy and there was plenty of room and dressers, and even a little balcony. Not a lot of natural light and it's on the 1st/ground floor. There's 1 communal bathroom with a toilet and a shower (with multifunction shower head). There's a communal kitchen area with a gas stove with 2 burners, a sink, toaster, kettle, tea, fridge, vending machine with water/coffee pods/chocolate bars, coffee machine (pods come with breakfast, or you can buy more in the vending machine).

The breakfast in the room was ok: packaged toasts and cakes with jam and nutella, juice boxes, coffee pods--not quite as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Fresh pastries were delivered in the mornings, but it was a bit late for us (around 9am, and not on Mondays). Sharing a bathroom can be hit or miss, for us it was mostly ok. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and we only had showering-schedule conflicts a couple times over our 3 days.
