Great location for good restaurants and dive shops. Lovely and chilled place.

Check in process needs to be better organised.

The rooms were a little way back from the road so you don’t get all the traffic noise. Convenient location close to the ferry port and snorkel tour meeting points. Bed was very comfortable and the whole room was clean, I liked having the sofa and the balcony sitting area Hosts provide a menu for the restaurant next door (good food but slow service) as well as information about tours, snorkelling, scooter rental if you need it

I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like about this place except that there were a lot of those black caterpillars everywhere inside and out!

Originally had issues with my room. Odd smell. The hotel recognized it immediately and we changed my room. The staff was always accomidating and helped me rent a great scooter while I was on the island. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, air conditioning was working. There is no Grab or Gojek so the taxis on the island can be expensive so bargain hard, there are plenty to choose from so keep going until you get a good deal.

Communication was limited with staff.

Close to shops, and a walk away to the beach

Lovely room and great location. Staff very helpful

Bungalows were nice. Good Air Con. Good Wifi (not all rooms had good wifi). Walking distance from main ferry terminal.

Breakfast in the hotel would be nice
