"I’ll never go back."

It was conveniently located to the convention center we were in town for.

This may have been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The tv didn’t work, the hair dryer plug looked like it had been in an electrical fire, the door to the room was bent to the point you could see daylight through it, the shower was nasty, and the front desk person told me we could only get 1 key because “people don’t bring them back”.

"I pay double for a room. The employee refused to help me and the manager refused to help me I would never ever stay here"

I don’t like how rude the employees are. I don’t like how if you book something through booking they tell you I can’t help you. You shouldn’t have booked it through there so I got shitted on and I’m mad about it, but King didn’t help me and they didn’t help me.
