The room was the most disgusting I have ever seen. Booking then had the audacity to tell me I am not elegible for a refund. The owners of the hotel should be ashemed of themselves. The hotel is falling apart and the room was filithy. Total fail on housekeeping and management. Blood stains on walls and floors. Pungent smoke smell in non smoking room. Mold. Mildue, ceilings falling in. Walls broken. Door seals missing. Cigarette burns on bed. Overall disgusting. Deleting my app entirely if Im not given a refund.

You could see outside through the bottom of the door and side of it. So if it had flooded the water would have came in the room due to the 2 inches gap. The toilet ran the whole time we were there. The bathroom floor had trash on it when we got there which showed no one cleaned the bathroom. The pillows were so flat that when you laid your head on them it was like laying on the bed without a pillow. When I asked the guy at the front desk for more pillows because they were flat he asked me to describe what I meant by flat with this look on his face as if he didn't believe me. Then told me they had no extra pillows. The beds are old and you can hear the springs popping as you try to move around. It was so hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was nasty. Cereal was so still that even after my husband let it sit in milk for a few minutes it was still hard. The AC wouldn't stay on all night. It kept turning itself off and on. You could hear all the traffic and the lady talking over the intercom at the Pilot store across the road. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is true with this hotel. Will not be staying here again.
