Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The property is no longer pet friendly as of 3/25/2022. Any reservations made prior to that date that also note a pet fee will be honored. Parking will incur daily charges of $12.00 for self parking and $20.00 for valet. Hotel is still under active renovation through first of May 2022. Currently lobby & restaurant are impacted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great location Clean

Price was a little pricey Then on top of that it was $25 a night to park Then a $250 safety deposit $16 a person for breakfast

"Not what you will expect from a Sheraton"

We stayed at the Sheraton during the Cheerleading competition and it was the worst stay ever. We booked a king room with sofa bed and i messaged the hotel earlier in the day to make sure the sofa bed was going to be made ahead of time as we knew we will be arriving late so we did not want to have to wait. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and the welcome was not there. the staff was not happy to be there. Got my key with pretty much no acknowledge from the agent whatsoever. We got to the room to realize it was king bed only. We had t go back to the desk waiting for the elevators forever as only one was working. Explained the situation to the second female agent. No apology at all, she took a phone call while she was with us, talking to her friend in front of us. A lady was net to us and she has been waiting for 30 minutes to get sheet for her sofa bed and when she explained it to the agent, no apology either, it was pretty much the attitude of it is what it is. We saw one of the housekeeper in the lobby so since our sofas was not made per our request, we also grab sheets form the lobby, so embarrassing! The room was ok. On the second day, we decided to use the restaurant to have dinner and to our surprise there was no menu available for dinner only the bar menu with only one person working at the bar. I do have to say that the lady was great and very attentive to us. She was the only one we had interaction with that was actually nice. We also had issue with the parking as when we left the hotel that day, we had to double pay because the guestroom key did not work. Improvement on the service and friendliness is definitely a must at this hotel. It was a busy week end for us and dealing with people like this was not helpful. It does not seem that anyone is happy to work there.

"Nice beach view"

My overall stay was good & I had a room with a great view of the beach. The breakfast is pretty basic, but the staff were very attentive & friendly. Some little things to note were things like the missing baseboard trim in 304 (it just isn’t a good look). On my 2nd morning of my stay I actually timed how long it took for the shower to warm up which was a little over 8 minutes. Starting out it isn’t ice cold, but it certainly isn’t anywhere near warm. Then once it did heat up, you don’t get to enjoy the hot water for more than 7-10 minutes because then it start running out of hot water. So if you enjoy taking a nice long relaxing hot shower, you’re going to be out of luck (at least in the room I was in). The loose or broken TP roll holder in the bathroom. The loose or broken bathroom faucet head. These things along with the missing baseboard just give the impression that there isn’t much attention to detail & kind of comes off as cheap. These are just small things & certainly didn’t ruin my stay. But even the small things contribute to a customer’s impression of the establishment.

"Great beach experience"

Just a lovely experience. Never been to the beach in winter but this was great. Staff was polite and helpful. All around wonderful hotel.
