Gorgeous historical bank turned hotel in prime location! Each area, from entryway and reception to library on top floor, is thoughtfully curated. Service was five star and the views from suites facing the street can’t be beat. Everything about this place is a visual treat.

Fantastic experience! Top notch service, friendly and helpful staff, they even help you with your luggage, transfering it from one building to the other. We stayed in an apartment, but it was very close to the main building. Perfect location, lively streets in the city center, but still calm and quiet in the building. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast is a must!

We stayed at Torel in an apartment and a hotel room suite for 3 nights. Travelling as a family with a small child. Service was exceptional, the staff could not have done any more to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Jorge especially made the stay for our young son, keeping him entertained and service always with a smile! The rooms were wonderful, clean, spacious and well equipped. Location is perfect for all of the main attractions in Porto. Muito Obrigado for a great stay!

Service was amazing! Everyone from the concierge, porters and waitstaff knew who we were. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that is a street away from the hotel. Apartment was wonderful and had a full kitchen. No complaints at all and would highly recommend.

Delightful rooms. Spacious and thoughtfully designed. We were at the back of the hotel so quite peaceful with lovely private outdoor area. Breakfast excellent and an interesting wine selection in the evening. Very good location - easy to walk everywhere. Charming staff who were extremely helpful.
