Fantastic apartment belonging to the main hotel. Central location but not noisy. Spacious apartment and incredible breakfast included at the main hotel. Staff could not do enough for us!

Our stay at Torel 1884 from April 21st to 23rd was simply flawless. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with outstanding professionalism and care, and we were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The interiors are beautifully designed, combining elegance and comfort with meticulous attention to detail. The service was exceptional in every aspect: discreet yet always attentive, present without ever being intrusive. Every interaction with the staff reflected a true culture of high-end hospitality. Overall, an experience that exceeds expectations and sets a benchmark for quality hospitality. We will definitely return.

Really nice hotel the room was very nice, and the staff were excellent and friendly. Not to mention the breakfast in the mornings. The only thing that I would suggest they improve is the TV’s in the room not having smart TV’s in 2026 is a major drawback that can easily be fixed.

Overall, we appreciated the design and concept of the hotel, as well as the kindness of the staff. However, there are several aspects of the stay that could be improved, especially considering the price point of the Junior Suite. The room itself felt excessively dark, to the point where artificial lighting was necessary throughout the day. Improving natural light or overall lighting design would significantly enhance the experience. We also found the lack of common areas somewhat limiting — there is no real lobby or bar space where guests can comfortably spend time outside the room. Regarding the restaurant, the policy of requiring a payment guarantee, even for in-house guests, felt unusual and somewhat inconvenient. In the room, there were a few functional issues: some lights were not working properly, and the absence of drawers made it difficult to organize belongings during the stay.iu Finally, the quality of the bathroom amenities (shampoo and conditioner) did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. We hope this feedback is helpful, as the property has great potential and a very attentive team.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful decor, super comfortable room, that feels like a home. A great location; walk to the Quay, pedestrian streets, historic landmarks, tons of boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Breakfast selection is amazing. And service is outstanding, from check-in to restaurant! Efficient, courteous and helpful. We loved everything!
