The rooms are well equipped and excellent space to relax after a day on the slopes skiing. The private bath in the property and location to gondola was also excellent.

The staff were not particularly helpful at the front desk. We had enquired about transport and advised that we could arrange collection from the train station, but when we emailed to confirm no one responded to our enquiry and the day of our arrival there was no one to collect us. The restaurant on the property was also very poor quality and over priced. We ate at the restaurant on our first night and it was the worst meal we had in our 3 week trip to Japan. The menu and kitchen need attention.
