期待していただけに残念。部屋が広い事

雨の中あまり舗装されてないホテルのすぐ前ではない駐車場でした。対応した外国のスタッフの方も、上手に日本語話してましたが、聞いた事が出来ないと断る時ももう少しすいません感を出してもらってもと思います。「あ、できないです」では… 荷物も部屋まで持って行くと言われましたが、女性だし主人が一度「いいですよ」と言ったらすぐに「あ、はい」って感じで… 個人的に期待してたので残念な事が多かったです

Extremely clean, helpful staff fully fluent in English, great food in the buffet breakfast, and terrific amenities like a public bath, shuttle to the nearby ski resort, and ski lockers. Great location too for skiing.

We stayed 2 different rooms this trip. Really nice and warm. We like the access with small kitchen. There’s a seicomart nearby, shuttle to ski resorts. Nice restaurant on site as well. Staffs were really helpful.

Nothing. Wish they could accomodate pick up from furano station at different timing.
