The place has been great in the past, but this time the bar was not open which was a bummer and the shower would not drain so only one person could shower and we all needed one. The heating system was weird it was freezing all night till like 4 am and then we were sweating.

I enjoyed the quaint feeling and simplicity of the location. The staff were very welcoming and great to chat with. The food was spot on. Best barbacoa tacos i have ever had.

The staff was very uncooperative, questions were answered, and very limited disposition to help our needs, never see a staff member, unless we call the center, it looks to me that they do not care, need a lot of improvement.

It was so amazing just tucked back into the mountains. The cabin was clean and plenty of room. They had a little bar and coffee place the staff was so nice and friendly we felt like family. We will definitely go back again.

Love it here but double charged

Our cabin was very cozy and nice! full kitchen with anything you need to cook/clean with. We did the ATV tour on site, which was fun, just would not recommend for beginners. The staff was not super friendly

The cabin was the perfect size for 2 people. It had everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Idaho Springs was about a 10 min drive away for a grocery store and more dining options. Would definitely stay again

So many things to do in one place! I just needed a place to stay for the night on my way through the mountains, but still a great experience! Will need to bring discs next time and try out their course.

I recommend booking directly with this property to ensure clean receipts and transparent pricing. Leave Expedia out of it if you are choosing this hotel to avoid the hassle. Expedia wont provide you an accurate bookings statement and you will be charged differently, and directly from the hotel for the full amount on your credit card anyway.
