Everything was bad about this hotel as they are taking their guests and their money for granted . You cannot check in even 10 minutes before the check in time , in the name of mountain view there is a truck stand and a milk products office visible from the window. Staff behaviour is horrible. There is no complementary breakfast and bathroom amenities even for a 4200 rupees per night room . Absolutely disappointment. Food is horrible, biryani was like dry rice with just two small pieces of chicken and charged 300 rupees for that.

Room was very neat and clean. Also the town was very nearby. They could able to arrange Jeep safari also in the night.

1. My stay was confirmed and I paid at the hotel but later received email stating No Show, which means I didn't stayed. 2. Even when the reception person knew that Breakfast is over, they asked us to take buffet and very limited items were available but they tried to charge full amount.

Lift was not working, intercom was not working and replaced after my complaint, water glasses were not provided even after request, over all room was good but facilities need to be improved

The room was spacious and the location was good too. All the places were easily accessible. The balcony opened in front of a truck parking lot however tea plantations were still visible. The restaurant served good food.

The staff was very rude. We spoke to Mr Thakur and he was extremely unprofessional. We had requested for early check-in and he clearly denied. He even asked us to pay an extra 2000 for early check in. We denied and stepped out of the hotel. No one even cared to stop us or talk to us and even told me that I can write whatever review I want. Half an hour later we were called by them stating we can check in.

Great location, loved the rooms. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Bedsheets weren’t that much clean but once complained staff were very responsive to action it quickly.
