The location was good and close to a lot of food. The manager was great as well. Gave us a lot of suggestions of what to do while there.

The internet was quite bad.

Generally it was a pleasant stay. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean bathroom too

Only set back was that the WiFi connection was extremely poor. Also the hotel charged me 2.5% addn for usage of credit card to make payment. I find this totally absurd. This was the only place that charged this through out my 1 week stay at kerala

The response from the management staff was very good. The room we got initially was not well cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and the sheets. However, after drawing attention to the reception, the reaction was immediate. In the end, the stay was good, although the beginnings were difficult. The location suited us very well because the hotel is on the outskirts of the city from where it is a very good starting point for mountain trips. We did not visit the city itself. There were also shops nearby and a quite nice restaurant. Therefore, in the evening, after returning from the trip, we could use these facilities. The hotel restaurant is very flexible. They were very happy to give us an early breakfast even before the official working hours.

as I mentioned the cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets. although I got the impression that the cleaning staff was not reliable. It requires more control by the manager.
