Clean and rooms are good

The room is very small for the money

The facility was good looking in pictures.

The hotel contacted me just a day before and told me that they can't accommodate us and we have to find another accommodation facility. It was very difficult and expensive to book a facility a day before.

We booked the resort and were about to reach in 5 min, we got a call saying that the facility is full and no rooms available. They even canceled the call in between the talk. They dont even have the audacity to inform in advance about the shortage. It was really unacceptable that they showed the availability in booking.com and in actual no room was available. It was very difficult to find another stay in such a short time for us as we have almost reached the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel in future. Very bad and poor communication from the part of hotel administration. Very bad service. They informed some of the guest are overstaying. They shouldn't have allowed as the rooms were already booked. Please check twice even before start of the journey that the booked rooms are still available.
