Very nice and clean room in the peaceful neighborhood, but also very close to the centre. The host welcomed us kindly even though we were a bit late due to a delayed flight. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect stay for a few days in Split! My husband and I stayed here for four nights. Location is fantastic just a few minutes from old town Split and from Bacvice beach. Pera is a wonderful and welcoming host! If we ever come back I would stay here again 😊

"Expensive and cramped."

Good location. Plenty of hot water. Great washing machine.

The wifi is very bad. Very slow and frequently disconnected. I ended up buying a sim card so I could research trip plans. The place is difficult to find. My driver could not drive to the property as cars are not allowed on the street. The apartment can be noisy at times. There is a gentleman residing next door who could get a bit boisterous.

Great place to stay in Split. The owner Pera is very nice and we could even leave our luggages in the morning before check in. The flat has everything you need, even a washing machine. Love the location too. Few min walk from busy center.

Not very luminous- but that’s something we saw in many flats in croatia.

L'appartamento è fresco anche durante i giorni più caldi di agosto e si trova nel caratteristico centro storico di spalato. Pera e suo marito sono stati accoglienti e gentilissimi, ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
