The owner of the apartment is a wonderful hostess. She lives on the floor above the apartments she rents and enjoys interactions and giving touring suggestions to her guests. The owner’s daughter, who is the contact person for the properties, speaks excellent English. The property is convenient to the bus/train station, daily outdoor market and the old city. The area is safe and walkable. The property includes a kitchen for those who want to prepare their own meals and a washing machine.

Pera was a wonderful hostess. She lives on the floor above the apartments she rents and enjoys meeting her guests, inviting us to take morning coffee or a drink at night. We stayed 6 days, so we were beneficiaries of a lot of touring suggestions and cultural tidbits. Pera’s English isn’t very strong (and our Croatian ability was confined to a handful of words). Therefore our conversations were limited by that. However, her daughter, who is the contact person for the properties speaks excellent English. We felt like we were staying with a family member.

It was close to everything , the apartment contained everything I needed , The owners were lovely , made me feel very comfortable and very approachable . There was some cold water in the fridge and some yummy fresh grapes . When I left I got a lovely little gift too I’ll come back to stay

Nothing it suited me perfectly

The location was great, close enough to the palace and all the attractions and the railway, bus and port and yet quite and secure. Lovely host, who showed us the apartment and provided cold water and fruit some from her garden which was delicious. The apartment was small but quite enough room for two the beds were comfortable, lots of room in the bedroom. The bathroom was compact but had the essentials and a washing machine. There was a large fridge and a good sized cooktop, kettle and plenty of plates and cooking utensils. We were invited up for Coffee however as we were just about to step out we decided against going. Also plenty of towels which proved a godsend when we were caught in the rain one afternoon

Nothing all was good

Location was excelkent, near to everything, but not in the crowded areas.

The property is in an excellent location in a quiet lane only moments to split waterfront and palace. Pets the owner lives upstairs with her husband and is very helpful, kind and accomodating. The unit is well equiped with a full sized fridge, oven, stove and kitchen space. We used the washing machine that is located in the bathroom many times and hung out clothes up to dry outside. The water pressure is good and room sizes great. I would stay here again when in Split.
