Apartment Pera

Pera and her husband are amazing people, they made the stay superb. They are super nice and friendly .Everything was brilliant! The hosts live on the top floor and are always available .The apartment was with a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning and comfy bed. It's very close to the Split center and Riva, and 6 mins walk to Blacvice Beach.

Appartement que nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! L'hôtesse nous a accueilli à 23h suite à notre vol tardif avec le sourire. L'appartement est très bien situé, dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin et est très propre. Nous avons eu le droit à une petite panière de fruit avec de l'eau à notre arrivée et à un petit cadeau de l'hôtesse à notre départ! Une personne tout simplement exceptionnelle que nous n'oublierons pas ! Si un jour nous retournons à Split nous logerons au même endroit. Merci pour tout !

Everything is brilliant! Very nice flat owner! Owner lives one floor above. A typical home apartament, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning. Near to main points in Split. Best price for conditions of room and also localization.

Small windows but this is Croatia architecture :)

+ The host was so sweet and made us feel welcomed. She gave us new towels when we needed it and also offered us coffee or tea. + The apartment is located in a calm neighborhood, only a short walk from the palace and Riva which was perfect for us. + It is possible to cook in the apartment, which we never did, however we did appreciate the fact that we could store our water bottles in the fridge.

- It said in the description that a washing machine would be available but we didn’t see one anywhere. Now, we didn’t have the need to do any laundry during our stay, and if we would have asked the host I’m sure she would have helped us.

Beautiful and super clean. Pera was so kind and warm. Our location was awesome. It was quiet but so close to the promenade. Ferry and bus were just steps away.

Nothing that we could think of.

The apartment was large, clean and close to everything. Our host Pera was very kind and even had us for tea! She is si accommodating and sweet.

Great little apartment 5 mins walk from the main sights in Split and only 10 mins to the bus station which is easy to get to with luggage ect. The main attraction of this apartment tho is Pera and her Husband who are both amazing and really can’t do enough to help you they really make you feel like family members while you are there. Thankyou for looking after us during our stay and for the gifts x
