Candlewood Suites Roanoke Airport by IHG

I stayed for 3 nights. The sheet were dirty when I arrived and the haven’t changed them! The AC is very loud!

Nice size rooms and pet friendly. First room was right off the lobby and noisy. Staff moved me to a second room. Second room had a disconnected tv and smelled a bit but clean. Staff fixed the tv. Clean, well lit.

Again a very nice place.. Second time in a row I’ve stayed here and was given a room that someone else was in. Luckily again they were understanding when I walked in. Just safety and security concerns for every one involved that need to be addressed

The hotel could use some updating. I also not very impressed with the front desk staff. They could have been a little more approachable and friendly.

I’m pretty sure this is a permanent residence for people. Noisy, people have dogs barking in their rooms.

I enjoyed breakfast and tge fact that there was a restaurant on site.

I stayed two days. Had no water the first day. Finally got the water turned back on that night, but never had hot water at all, the rest of my stay there. The front desk was totally rude and denied me a discount on my stay
