Sheraton Boston Hotel

La habitación era amplia y luminosa, con un baño amplio y una zona como si fuera un pequeño salón. No tenía vistas espectaculares, pero al final eso le dio más privacidad a la habitación asi que lo terminé viendo como algo muy positivo. La ubicación del hotel sencillamente espectacular; muy bien conectado con el Aeropuerto Logan y en pleno corazón de Boston.

The staff error of checking me into my room and a lack of accountability and the effoirt to make it right.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and bathroom facilities very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the location of the hotel was great for Back Bay. The swimming pool facilities were very accessible and large enough to have enough space both in and out of the pool.

The Wi-Fi situation is rather confusing - it costs money, unless you're a member of Marriott, in which case you "pay" for it as usual and it gets refunded... I think? Luckily for us it did seem to (eventually) work but we were unsure if we'd accidentally paid for it or not. The pool (being optionally outdoors under the retractable roof) claims to be heated but on the cooler days it certainly did not feel that way. There were also some excessively loud guests in the pool area - for us it was unaccompanied adolescents playing music and taking phone calls out loud, even when asked by other guests to lower the volume. This was very frustrating and definitely not relaxing but I can't fault the hotel too much for it, beyond the desire for them to intervene.
