As an Ambassador elite status member, at this hotel I was treated the worst that I have ever been treated at any Marriott brand. The front desk staff was amazing. However in the Club lounge, my experience with one of the staff worker by the name of “Marie” was horrible. She was very rude to me, she didn’t acknowledge my concerns as she turned her back to me and screamed out at me. Obviously, as an Ambassador I stay over 100 nights a year with Marriott’s Brand, and this has been the first time I have ever been made to feel so badly. After she was so rude to me, I sat and watch her encounter with other guests, strangely enough she was overly nice to all of the other guest. I was confused. Marie is a black American lady and so am I. I was 1 of 2 black guests in the lounge. I’m not sure if they had anything to do with how she treated me however, with the amount of money that I spend in Marriott hotels, I expect to be treated as well as the other guest. This was unfair to me and very disheartening. This happened on 5/27/2026

Alejandra was a delightful, very patient, softly spoken, and detailed individual, and it was a pleasure to speak with her. She handled my needs efficiently and gracefully, providing all the necessary details about the hotel and ensuring everything was satisfactory for me.

Beautiful, clean, and calming

Well located comfortable hotel with great views from the 29th floor. Access to shopping centre on the 2nd floor.

Nothing in particular

Clean room, comfortable bed, great location for us- the A/C clunked a lot, but one star because Mother’s Day morning, the wall fell down! My husband had to jump quickly to keep from being hit. The wall panel had been glued to the drywall, and then a tv wall mount and large television were screwed into the drywall instead of a stud. We didn’t touch the tv, so it must have just finally given way during our stay. We can’t imagine if a child had been in that space, a baby in a portable crib or if someone had been on the pull out sofa, they could have been seriously injured.
