위치,위치,위치! 공항오고가는 logan버스가 숙소근처.프레지덴셜 몰과 연결되어있어 최고에요. 뉴베리스트릿 비롯 먹거리,쇼핑거리 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있어 편안한 곳이에요.

쇼파침대 사용했는데 케케한 냄새가 좀 났고,구석구석 먼지가 있었어요.무엇보다 냉장고가 제 기능을 못하고 뜨뜨미지근한 상태였습니다.

I had a terrible experience here and I never even stepped foot in my room because my room was given away even though I had already paid for it, and did not get my money back! When calling to change our reservation, we were directed to a robot instead of a real person, and were given a link to a website that apparently did not work, though we did not know this until it was too late! Hotel management lacked any form of responsibility or accountability for their hotel’s services, and made no effort to provide any sort of customer service. When asked to provide evidence of our reservation, we were given dead email so that our request for any sort of compensation could be ignored. So if you’re looking for a scam instead of a stay, look no further!

Der Indoor-Pool war super. Lage und Aussicht waren ideal. Personal sehr freundlich.

라운지가 굉장히 넓고 가구들도 다 편하고 좋았구요, 로비 레스토랑에서 주문하고 원하면 식기들 방으로 가지고 올라갈 수 있었어요. 2층에 가면 쇼핑몰이랑 연결되는 곳인데 편리하더라고요.

직원들이 그리 친절하진 않아요, 조식 먹을때 직원 한 두분 정도만 웃어주며 응대해주셨고 스타벅스 직원들도 로비 직원들도 체크인 하러 왔는데 멀뚱히 보고만 있는다던지, 기분 좋은 태도들은 아니였어요. 그리고 제가 묵던 방은 옆방이랑 이어지는 문이 있던데 물론 닫혀있지만 방음 하나도 안됩니다... 청소도 요청하지 않아도 해준다고 전화로 물어봤는데 4박5일동안 한번도 되어있지 않았어요. 다만 물과 수건을 요청했을때는 바로 가져다 주셨고요. 4성급 호텔인데 직원들의 응대, 방음시설은 좀 실망스럽긴 했어요

The location of this hotel for our trip was amazing. It is attached to the Prudential Center which was a great place to shop and eat. It's also a really easy walk to Newbury Street for shopping and the Green Line to travel around the city.

I wanted to share how much we enjoyed our recent stay at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the team. Kendra at the front desk was exceptional—she took the time to walk us through the hotel amenities and gave helpful tips about the surrounding area, making us feel right at home. That thoughtful introduction truly set the tone for our visit. The hotel itself boasts a spacious, inviting lobby with easy access to taxis and Ubers, making getting around town a breeze. The connection to the Prudential Center was incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, which we took full advantage of throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Boston. The lobby bar and restaurant offered delicious food and drinks, adding to the overall experience. We also spent a few hours at the pool, which was clean and a great spot to unwind. Every aspect of our stay was amazing, and the Sheraton Boston proved to be an ideal place to celebrate our anniversary.
