Location. Everyone working valet was polite. The lady who checked us in, not so nice. Didn’t get her name. Wore a Packers jersey and as a Packers fan, I wanted to talk about the game, but she didn’t seem very approachable. Other than that, no concerns with staff. They do a good job with letting you walk around and not bother you.

I didn’t like that our restroom door didn’t properly close. Anytime we’d use the restroom, we had to announce it so no one would walk by the door since it didn’t close all the way. Very uncomfortable.

Had some difficulty looking for the place ( Homesuites ) coz from the street we were on can only see Hampton. The room space was excellent, clean , everything was in good condition!Reception staff was very courteous & helpful. Breakfast was good!

We in San Antonio for a military graduation so we were literally only in the hotel to sleep. I can say that 2 things we were really after was a comfortable bed and a hot shower. They absolutely met those requirements! The beds were very comfortable the room was big and we love staying at Home2Suites.
