When you book this hotel you will get the lowest rate. But a day before you will get a call from hotel and inform that your booking is in underground area. There is no ventilation in that room. They will show a video of a dirty room and say this is your booked room. If you want good rooms, they will be available at higher rates. You are forced to take a higher rate room as other hotels may charge higher at the last minute. This is a scam from the hotel side. The hotel is on a narrow road. There is no parking for your car near the hotel. You have to park your car one kilometer away. The parking slot staff really have no courtesy. They overcharge you. They tell you to park your vehicle at the end of the parking lot. When you go to pick up your vehicle in the morning, the area around your car will be dirty. Can't get into your car. So if you are staying somewhere and park your vehicle in the grounds, make sure to park your vehicle near the entrance of the parking lot.

At this price it's one of the best option I would say. It in the main market. Room was clean and comfortable. Wi fi is slow. Bathroom was clean with all facilities.

Location is good veena lake is just 2 km from the hotel. Room was clean and big at this price it is good, I must say value for money keep it up.

Polite and helpful staff

Room was fully damp, there was no provision for dehumidifier. We were sitting as if on a flooded room. Curtains were full of fungus. Though no prepayment was needed but treebo kept on messaging and calling to pay
