Hotel New Retreat

The receptionist was really helpful and was always available and ready to assist every time.

It was too costly. We paid 18k for 2 days for two rooms. It’s not at all worthy. Even the location is not good. Seems good in images but in reality the location is not worthy staying. Will only suggest if you are getting at max 1500/ day charges otherwise opt for other options.

Area is surrounded by slum. There is no space for parking. Rooms have higher moisture content which results in fungus on beds and pillows. Breakfast has no options. Breakfast is so basic and of average taste. Room had a weird smell. Inverter had no power in charging slots.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. A special mention to Vikram from the staff, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, even at midnight. His warm hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel has potential, but there were some challenges during my stay. Vikram, the only staff member on site, was managing everything—from the front desk to cleaning and even attending to guests' requests for hot water. He was doing his best and was very helpful, but it's clear that more staff is needed to handle the workload efficiently. Vikram's dedication is commendable, but having additional staff would greatly improve the overall guest experience. I hope the management considers this to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

Bedsheets and the quilt had stains. No geyser . Towel was not clean too. .

There is no facility of parking. Rooms are too small. Washroom is too small. No chair, table is provide in the room.
