Bed was comfortable, location was great, staff super friendly and overall good value.

Very minor but room was hot even with heater turned off and doors were creaky/noisy

Good location close to Haeundae beach. Clean room condition. The staff, especially the cleaning ladies, were kind and professional. My room was a bit cold, so the front immediately brought a heater to my room.

Breakfast was far worse than expected. The pork soup was terrible; it was an insult to the traditional Busan food. The bread was limited. There was no proper dessert. The coffee machine was broken. If you walk 5 minutes outside the hotel, you can find dozens of 24/7 restaurants serving hot, tasty, traditional, and delicious Korean breakfast. The price system was not transparent. The price was more expensive than the promised price on Booking.com. They mentioned the recent surge in the exchange rate. However, I don't think they will give a discount if the exchange rate is moved otherwise.
