Location, just 5 minutes by foot to Haeundae beach

First, the room is not ready when we check in at 3.30 pm. Then, the room is too humid and no humidifier inside. Not much options in breakfast menu.

The Breakfast was good, but the sausages and bacon were cold, not kept warm. The Location was fantastic, so close to the beach, and we often walked there and wandered around. close enough to everything we needed and a short subway trip to Gwangalli. The hotel staff were always courteous and somewent above and beyond. The lady who cleaned our room always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The beds were a bit on the hard side, and the room we got wasn't the configuration we had seen for the room desribed, but it was a minor thing. The hotel itself was nice, but some of the rooms had obvious patch jobs to cracked flooring, etc.

Great location to explore area around Haeundae beach. About 15 mins walk to Mipo station for rail and sky capsule. Easy walk to Gunam-Ro with shops and restaurants.

The park uses automated system to park your car and you have to rely to staff to take in and out your car. There's not much approach space to enter car park and may be challenging when there's a few other vehicles waiting to get in while lots of traffic on road in front of hotel since you'll need to go around. Breakfast was okay but limited choice and you may get bored after 2 days. Rooms a bit small with open sink area. Shower & toilet area share a door... definitely not a room to share with colleague for business trip ;-)
